A Single Glance by Willow Winters

A Bookworm Review by Ana

A Single Glance

Romantic Suspense

I give this book 5 stars!

You can deny all you want but when the time comes you will know….

Have a look at the blurb:

From USA Today bestselling author Willow Winters comes a heart-wrenching, edge-of-your-seat gripping, romantic suspense.

I saw her from across the bar.
My bar. My city. Everything in that world belonged to me.
She stood out from the crowd like she was looking for someone to blame for her pain.

That night, I felt the depths of my mistakes. I felt my scars. With a single glance, I knew her touch would take it all away. I craved it more than anything.

I knew she would be a tempting, beautiful mistake.
One I would make again and again… even if it cost me everything.

#MyReview:

After the last read I had, I really needed some book from this lady. Wanna know why?
Because her writing is not only sweet but also hot. But don’t let that fool you because she can give you darkness when’s that’s needed.
Willow Winters is the one I’m talking about. She’s amazing and her books shows just how much.
The last book that I’ve read from her took me to the stats and I know that this one will do the same thing.
A Single Glance is her latest release and tells the stories of Jase and Bethany.
But I need to tell you something, read Possessive, then Merciless series. Despite the fact that this book is a standalone, you should know how the story started.
Jase has had his fair share of pain through the years. Being one of the Cross brothers his live is surrounded by darkness and crime. That being said, you can imagine the weight this has in his life.
After helping his brothers he was supposed to be free right? Wrong… So wrong…
Bethany’s life hasn’t been the same since her sister’s death. How can you deal with it? How can you overcome this loss? Now it’s her mission to find out what happened to her?
Seriously?? It’s over? Dayum…
I was so into the book that I couldn’t stop reading and then… The end appears… Why? Why?
Superb plot, super engaging, dark and intense. I knew that it was going to be just like this because coming from this author…
This book presented us with love, loyalty as well as pain, crime, betrayal and so much more.
Let me just say that once I started to read this book I realized that I wasn’t going to be able to stop. Chapter agtwr chapter gave me ammunitions to want more and more.
But I’m mad… So freaking mad…
Do you wanna know why? Because it’s over. The book is over and I want more.
Willow… Oh Willow… Why? Why torture me like this?
Where will we have the next book? Soon. Please say it’s soon…
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Willow Winters

About the Author:

Willow Winters is so happy to be a USA Today, Wall Street Journal and #1 Contemporary Bestselling Romance Author. She likes her action hot and her bad boys hotter. She certainly doesn’t hold back on either one in her writing!
Willow started writing after having her little girl, Evie, December 2015. All during her pregnancy with Evie she continued to read and she only wanted to read romance. She was reading a book a day — sometimes two.

In January 2016 Willow was staying up late with Evie and just thinking of all these stories. They came to her constantly so she finally sat down and just started writing. She always wanted to do it so she figured, why not? Today Willow cannot be happier for making that decision!
