A Bookworm Review by Ana

One Blisseful Night

Contemporary Romance

I give this book 5 stars!

True love can’t be forgotten…

Have a look at the blurb:

“This author knows her way around unique prose and enchanting writing style. I can’t say it enough—this book will hook you! One Blissful Night is simply stunning from start to finish.” Harloe Rae, USA Today Bestselling Author

How much are you willing to trust a liar?

“Promise you won’t break my heart, Brax.”

He promised. I believed.
Brax Kent was a liar.
He shattered every possible piece of me.
Several years passed before I got through an entire day without shedding a tear.
My existence was hollow, empty, bleak.
Hate was the only thing that pushed me through the day.
Seven years later, who turns up to be my next door neighbor?
The man I despise with every ounce of my being.
And now he wants me back.
With flowery words and sworn oaths full of apologies, he begs.
Can this man who ruined me be trusted?
Only his obstinance, persistence, and beautiful face weaken my resolve.
And I stupidly expose my heart as he wedges himself inside, bit by bit.
Surrendering completely may mean absolute love, or absolute destruction.
The choice is mine.
Cross the line in the sand, or stay in my safe zone.

It’s always amazing to have the chance to meet new authors. And it’s even better to read one book from one author that you had the pleasure of meeting in person.
It can be scary at the same time because you’re assaulted with several questions at the same time.
Will I like her writing? Will the plot be amazing? Will the characters talk to me?
Well, let me just say that all the questions were answered just by reading the blurb.
A. M. Hargrove is the author that I’m talking about, not only she’s a sweetheart but also an even more amazing writer. Just saying.
One Blissful Night is her latest release and it’s the third book from the West Sisters series.
This new book explores the lives of Reynolds and Brax.
Reynolds saw her heart being crushed like it was nothing. She and Brax were in love, had made plans and promises of being together forever until one night Brax ended it.
Years had passed without them seeing each other until one day…
Being a famous quarterback was all that Braxton could think about and he was able to achieve it, but at what cost?
Now he was forced to take a break due to a serious injury and he wasn’t expecting to see someone from his past…
I’m stunned right now. Dayum… This book was that good.
Superb plot, very well written, super engaging game and intense sense.
It was one good chapter after a perfect one. It was so good.
Once I started to read it I simply couldn’t put it down. It was so hard because when one chapter ended it ended with a few questions that I needed answers. And what a better way to obtain them than reading??
This book gave us love, loyalty, family bonds, happiness as well as some sadness betrayal and a bit of drama.
There were parts of the book that I laughed so hard that I almost wet my panties lol. But then there were others that I wanted to slap someone… Jeez. Let’s talk about some stubborn people…
The pranks the did to each other were hilarious… And guys… We have some hot stuff in there too. Oh boy…
Let’s just say that this book was the best way to know this author. She’s brilliant.
A. M. Hargrove… Woman you rock. This book was it for me and I can’t wait to read the first two books from this series.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Hours passed and she finally stood. I did too and said, “Reynolds, I—”

Her hand flew out. “You don’t have the right to speak to me. You lost that right several hours ago. You don’t have the right to follow me, touch me, or call me. We are over.”

“I need to explain.”

“You must have a hearing problem. Your needs mean nothing to me.”

She walked away. I followed only because she was not getting away that easy. I would not give up on us. Never again.

I was on her tail and as she went to get into her car, she said, “I told you to leave me alone.”

“I know. I heard. But I refuse to do that. Not until you hear me out. I deserve that much from you.”

“You deserve nothing. You promised—”
