A Bookworm Review by Ana
I give this book 5 stars!
Don’t fight it, just embrace it…
Have a look at the blurb:
I just finished Jack, and I have to say I am hooked! This has to be some of the most realistic writing I have ever come across. I mean, it’s relatable and has a full spectrum of emotions. Page turning, Kindle burning awesome read!- Jeanette Stockman
Jack is a romantic comedy, the first book in the series For The Love Of A Good Woman. It can be read as a standalone, but the characters are intertwined in the rest of the series.
“Do I need to worry about this being poisoned?”
Harper turned to me with a glare. “Excuse me?”
“Well, I mean, you already told me that you had plans to murder me at work. Figured maybe this was a sneak attack.”
Sean turned to Harper. “Seriously? You told him you had plans to murder him?”
“No, I was posing a scenario in which we wouldn’t be together anymore.”
“And one of those scenarios was you murdering him.”
Harper started to get flustered and couldn’t find the right words to say. I inwardly laughed. The guys were just busting her chops, but I thought it was hilarious. She got herself into this and she could get herself out.
“I was just… I was saying that people break up and it wasn’t smart to move in together.”
Cole was the next to speak up. “So he asks you to move in and you plot to murder him?”
When I saw her on the side of the road, I knew that something was different about her. I was attracted to her more than I had been to any woman before her. Our chemistry was explosive, but then so was her temper. It wasn’t just her beauty that attracted me though. She’s smart and independent, and every time she fights me, I want to fight even harder to keep her. I’m just your average guy, trying to figure out the mind of the woman he loves.
He’s smoking hot and if I wasn’t so accident prone around him, I might be able to show him that I’m an intelligent woman that can take care of myself. I want Jack more than anything, but my heart just doesn’t want to trust that this will all work out. And when things start to go south, I’m not sure we’ll be able to survive. Especially once he learns my secret.
Jack was named one of the best books of all time by BookAuthority.
When I had the chance to know this author I thought to myself if it was wise to do so. I mean, I’m so swamped with books right now that I couldn’t maintain calm but the need to know her was so strong that I said fuc… it. Lol
Giulia Lagomarsino is a new author to me and let’s just say that I’m hooked and intrigued.
Her writing is simple yet powerful, super engaging and detailed. Just see for yourself.
Jack is her latest release and it’s the first book from the For The Love Of A Good Woman series.
This book explores the lifes of Jack and Harper.
Jack couldn’t imagine the turn his life was about to get the moment he helped a stranger.
Harper’s car broke down while she was driving to get friends house and guess what? She didn’t had her phone so she couldn’t call for help. But…
OMG… I can’t stop smiling. This book rocks…
Great plot, well written, engaging and freaking hot.
Reading it was a pleasure and it went smoothly like I love. There were parts of the story that I laughed so hard that made me cry but there were others that I wanted to get into the book and slap someone… Jeez… These two share a great chemistry but are super stubborn.
The hot scenes were just that… Hot and intense.
This book give us love, friendship, comedy but also distrust, fear and doubts.
It’s was the book I was waiting for to lighten up my mood.
I loved it Giulia and I can’t wait for the next one.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

About The Author:
I’m a stay at home mom that loves to read. Some of my favorite titles are Pride and Prejudice, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Horatio Hornblower. I started writing when I was trying to come up with suggestions on ways I could help bring in some extra money. I came up with the idea that I could donate plasma because you could earn an extra $500/month. My husband responded with, “No. Find something else. Write a blog. Write a book.” I didn’t think I had anything to share on blog that a thousand other mothers hadn’t already thought of. I decided to take his challenge seriously and sat down to write my first book, Jack. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed writing. From there, the stories continued to flow and I haven’t been able to stop. I hope my readers enjoy my books as much as I enjoy writing them. Between reading, writing, and taking care of three small kids, my days are quite full.
